bought a cute budgie from the store today, staff is very friendly and professional. very recommended for bird lovers. few days training, she is tamed????. so cute
Good shop, I bought my 2 budgies here, the staff is friendly, they answered all my questions and advised me well I will definitely visit again and buy more things I need for my lovely pet friends
We Do Not recommend this place for bird boarding at all, after our terrible experience. We bought our 2 budgies, their food a few toys from All Sorts of Pets 2 years ago. The owner was helpful. Recently we used their services for Budgie boarding. The owner promised to look after our budgies, clean their cage, change food and water. We left our beloved birds with him and shared our contact details and agreed a date for collection in early August. When we came back for collection, the owner just told us that there has been a slight (?) problem and that the budgies and a few other birds in his care flew away a few days ago. When asked how, he said the feeder door did not lock completely and the birds might have escaped. We asked him why didn’t he contact us immediately. He simply said he missed it and wasn’t apologetic at all. It doesn’t sound right as our budgies would not fly out of the cage in an unknown environment or even a different room in our own home. Also feeder door opens so slightly that the birds can’t come out from that little space. Also we wonder how come he left the doors open for more than a few cages on the same day. There is a chance that he or some worker in his shop might have sold our budgies in error. Either way, his ultimate carelessness in looking after our budgies caused us severe pain and has left us and our young son heartbroken, as we were returned an empty cage. We would not recommend the shop for bird boarding at all after this terrible experience. Also if you have recently (mid July to early August) bought or have seen a pair of budgies, a yellow male and a blue female with a blue ring in the toes, please contact us as we would like to bring our budgies home (buy them back from you if possible)
