After trying here a few times and my dog always coming out half finished and very distressed I decided to find a new groomer and thank goodness I did .. its like having a new dog!
On going to see a vet and pay their consultation fee of £50 or so. I'd prefer not to receive smart sarcasm from a question asked. At least be more professional.
Didn’t feel comfortable leaving my pup here. Staff were not welcoming. He was distressed and sick when I collected him.
Great grooming but the staff on duty wasn't trained in feathering so she couldn't properly complete my golden retriever's prebooked 2 hour intensive grooming. Aside from that she was lovely and helpful, even suggesting that my dog's foot pads should be moisturised...which I didn't even know was a thing. My dog's paws are much smoother because of it ????
DOGGIE GROOMER ********* After reading some comments on the grooming here I was worried to bring my cockerfluff for a groom however all I can say is people who have written the bad reviews must of had a problem dog or perhaps something else went wrong as I see nothing but professional friendly people.. that aside I have taken my cockerpoo for grooming this week and she is looking amazing smells fantastic also! I think some people are just a little nasty with what they have written . I have been stopped on numerous occasions this week regarding my dogs “new do” The ladies are extremely knowledgeable and helpful I would ignore any negative comments and go meet the groomers here To see for yourself happy smiling love the dogs I highly recommend them especially with cockerpos Definitely worth the wait even if was a few weeks thank you see you again soon !
