    I was please to see the coffee lounge re-opened after a week’s hiatus. The staff we friendly and happy to assist some of the older patrons as they left. The food was a bit pricey but simply reflects the current economic situation and the menu was comprehensive with plenty of options, the coffee was particular good. The interior is a bit worn but familiar to its regular patrons.

    Sending out wrong orders, ordered a veggie option and sent out bacon, and sent the food in a messy state, poor quality of food seems like the staff at Rafina do not care about customers. Tried calling but no answer

    Amazing service and food. Staff were so friendly and prompt. Food was amazing and reasonably priced.

    Excellent food & Amazing Service. Would definitely recommend! Best afternoon tea I've ever had. The food was delicious, the staff were attentive and the restaurant was beautiful and tastefully decorated. I Will certainly return.

    Went today. Haven't been in for a couple of years. I ordered a large coffee, when drink arrived, cup/ mug was dirty, it had dust on handle and black marks. The coffee was so weak, that it was like hot milk! Very expensive food as well. Shame as it was always a good place.
