Quick to sell you a car, however, with terrible after-sales customer service. I bought a car in September, I never received my V5C by the end of November, I don't get a response from the seller Jay(Khan) if he communicated to the DVLA the existence of a new owner, the messages are read and I get no response. To make matters worse, the car came with poorly installed new brakes and a gearbox problem. Any attempt to repair my car using the warranty they gave me is treated with contempt by Arlington Car Sales. I do not recommend this company and their vehicles.
I found the staff, that is to say the two I came into contact with, one of whom, Mohammed , who I believe to be the owner, professional and pleasant to deal with. I was given all the opportunity to look over the particular car I was interested in and there was no pressure to buy. A deal was done and we parted as friends.
Horrible Customer Service! Same experience as Daniel below. 4 months on and i still havent received the V5C. Exchanged texts with them and other than getting extremely abrupt and unhelpful answers, i get called a smart *** for my troubles as well.
There is no forecourt just a car park of dodgy cars! Had a really bad vibe about the place personally I'd avoid if your desperate for a cheap and descent car with a warranty I'd give these guys a miss! The Whole set up is dodgy. Get a car from. Ebay and do your homework, genuine people are better than this set up. Get a warranty to cover your new purchase and better off doing your homework. If you're after a cheap car! Avoid.
Looked on line for a run around motor, and I found Arlington motors in Reading, visited today. I was impressed a clean tidy motor, a Mondeo Hatch full years MOT polite and friendly service. Gave an offer. Which was excepted. Paid signed and drove it home . Very please with the service. Arlington motors have an office at the end of the carpark. Had an assortment of quality vehicle to view. Get in quick as they dont stay online long. Worth a look. Take a test drive. Thank you.
