Beautiful place, lovely friendly lady owner greeted us on arrival. Lively comfortable room. Great breakfast with lots to eat, kitchen to use too with everything you could need. Very quiet and peaceful location.
A lovely place to stay. We've stayed here so many times it feels like home. We used to stay for business purposes but now stay for short breaks. It's spotlessly clean, very comfortable and warm. The breakfast is all local produce and loads of it. Hattie is the kindest, most wonderful hostess. We can't wait to go back.
Lovely quiet country farm house with comfortable rooms, ensuite large bathrooms and friendly owners. Off road parking in a small village but only a few minutes from Newbury and the M4.
