I recently purchased a product from and was extremely disappointed with the quality and customer service that I received. The product itself was cheaply made and broke within a few days of use. When I contacted customer service for assistance, I was met with rude and unhelpful representatives who seemed more concerned with getting me off the phone than resolving my issue. I was also disappointed to find out that the company did not offer any kind of warranty or satisfaction guarantee on their products. To make matters worse, when I requested a refund, I was told that it was not possible due to their "no returns" policy. I would not recommend this manufacturer to anyone. The quality of their products is poor and the customer service is lacking. Save yourself the frustration and look for a different company to do business with.
I have used Adler for corporate gifts over the last 5 years. I can say that I am always satisfied with their products. The range of goods is quite extensive, but I have had most satisfaction from their pens, notebooks and power banks. Customers are always happy to receive these quality products.
