This is a high quality estate agent with human approach and solid and fast communication back and forward. We have never bought a house before so weren't sure what to do when, but we felt really guided and supported by the team, especially by Paula. We were treated with humility, calmness and sense of humour. We didn't feel pushed into anything at any point. It's a very friendly agent, in comparison to some other 'starched collar' type of salesmen. We felt really cared about. We will definitely use this agent next time we sell and buy.
