We have had the pleasure of working with an Emily Taylor, who has both responded, and resolved issues in less time than it would have taken any of my previous management companies to even reply. This is the best service I've ever received by far. All of the contractors sent out have been efficient, informative and helpful and have been at the property in no more than a few days on each occasions from us writing. Wonderful service, 5 stars!
I was looking for a new home to stay in and decided to deal with Haslams. Compared to other agencies in Reading they truly are the best in so many aspects. For an agency to succeed they need strong communication and every time I gave Haslams a call they always picked up quickly. Amy Bentley was in charge of handling one of the apartments and I’ve actually dealt with her last year for another apartment. She is very professional and works quick, which is any managers dream. At the end, she helped me and my flatmate secure an apartment on this crazy market this year, which I’m sure makes her job a lot harder but she handled it very well. ????????
I've had dealings with a few estate agents but Haslams is in a class of its own when managing lettings for a landlord. What is crucially important is that each property gets a dedicated manager, so, as a landlord, I know exactly who's dealing with arising issues. Coupled with that, Haslams houses all its staff under one roof. This means that the person managing my property for me has instant access to all the maintenance, legal, financial and general advice needed when an issue arises. The result is informed, clear and timely communication - the key to efficient property management. Plus when I come to sell a property on, with Haslams expertise, I'll be in good hands for that transition too.
