6 years ago we bought our first home with Patrick Williams and had such a positive experience we always intended to sell with them when the time came. The process of selling with them was just as smooth as I had hoped. Jason came to value the house and was confident that he could sell it for a figure we were comfortable with and he achieved a higher sales price than the other agents valuations suggested going to market with. All viewings were communicated to us in advance and he really pushed to get the best possible outcome for us. When we had secured an offer and were ready to start looking seriously Jason called again to let me know he had a property he thought we'd be interested in. They really listened to what we were looking for instead of just showing us everything they had available. From here we dealt with Trudy who has been instrumental in getting our purchase over the line. We had a tight timeline to get exchanged to ensure our buyers could serve notice on their rental property and she worked so hard to make sure that we hit it, chasing the solicitors for updates and constantly keeping us informed. Buying and selling houses is never straightforward and is always stressful, but the team at Patrick Williams really reduced the stress and were so helpful the whole way through. They're really responsive to calls and very patient with questions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Patrick Williams and cannot thank them enough for making this an enjoyable experience.

Patrick Williams have been amazing to us during the sale of our house. I honestly think if it weren’t for them, we’d still be waiting to move now. Trudy in the Tilehurst office went above and beyond to help us move, phoning solicitors, estate agents and whoever she could think of to try and speed things up. In the end it took us 8 months to move but it would have taken a lot longer if they hadn’t done so much to help.
