A very conveniently located charity shop right in the centre of Henley-on-Thames. The display is attractive with plenty of bargains and the staffs are very helpful but at times the interior looks a bit cluttered with room to manoeuvre!

Great pickup service. I used the BHF pickup service early in March 2022 to remove some items from my late Fathers house. The two individuals were prompt, friendly and very helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending them, and the shop staff for all their help.

Really RUDE MANAGER lady! She humiliated me! Probably I go to other charity shops as in Cancer Research, Oxfam, Thames Hospice, Sue Ryder the manager and the shopkeeper ladies are polite and friendly.
